About Our Founder
Elodia Flores BSN, RN
Elodia has been in the healthcare industry for thirty years with the first nine years in a hospital operating room setting and the last twenty-one years in the ASC industry. She began her career as a Circulating Nurse in the OR with experience in orthopedics, spine, neuro, general, ENT, vascular, pain management, eyes, plastic and GYN. She went on to develop a new ASC and became the Administrator, Business Office Manager, and Director of Nursing, simultaneously, for seven years. She held her Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) certification for nine years before deciding not to renew it. She has filled Administrator roles at other ASCs, worked as an Outpatient Consultant for five years, developed another new ASC and performed CMS and AAAHC mock surveys. During the first nineteen years, she credentialed healthcare providers in Texas facilities who are accredited through JCAHO, AAAHC, AAAASF, and Medicare certified. Now she is working with clients nationwide to obtain credentialing information, offer form templates as needed, and serving as a resource for her clients. Most recently she became the founder and President of R&E Credentialing Healthcare Providers, which offers credentialing services nationwide and is currently assisting one hospital in Texas and several ASCs in California, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Additionally, she has mentored 2 RNs as new Administrators who have successfully obtained their CASC certification and has mentored her 3rd RN as a new Administrator and Director of Nursing of an ASC in Texas.
About Our Chief Operating Officer
Devin Flores, MHA
Devin received his Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University and his Master's Degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He began his career in a lab, synthesizing and making modifications to DNA. He also created this multi-national company's first process that met ISO-13485 Standards which allowed the organization to sell products to companies that produce medical devices. He then obtained his Master's in Healthcare Administration and assisted in developing an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) then went on to be the Director of Facilities and Intake for a clinic with 18 locations and assisted in developing another ASC, where he also served as the Safety Officer. He joined our team and has played a key role in further developing and streamlining our company's digital credentialing process.
